The globally active CHEPLAPHARM Group, headquartered in Greifswald, Germany, is broadening its management team. Urška Škof Bušs has been Vice President (VP) Global Integrations & Separation since 1 March 2025. In this newly created position, Urška Škof Bušs will be responsible for product integrations and transfers for the entire CHEPLAPHARM Group. Urška Škof Bušs joins us from Lonza Netherlands, where she held various management positions.
As VP Global Integrations & Separation, Urška Škof Bušs is responsible for end-to-end integration of the products acquired by CHEPLAPHARM into the company's own processes globally. This primarily includes strategical integration planning, management of marketing authorisation transfers, the timely selection, commissioning and integration of suitable contract manufacturing organisations (CMOs) and implementation of tech transfers till start of commercial supply.
In this position Urška Škof Bušs reports to Senior Vice President Corporate Business Development Artem Gevorkyan.

About Urška Škof Bušs
Urška Škof Bušs joins from Lonza Netherlands B.V., where she has been responsible for quality assurance and management of global strategic growth projects in various management positions with increasing responsibilities since mid-2020. Prior to that, she worked at Novartis in Russia, Slovenia and Germany for eight years from 2012 with increasing responsibility, primarily in the area of quality assurance. Urška Škof Bušs began her career in 2004 at Sandoz in Ljubljana/Slovenia in product transfers, product development and engineering. Urška Škof Bušs holds a Master of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Ljubljana.
